This pattern is for a moderate slat bonnet, one that reasonably covers the face from and has a curtain that extends just to the shoulder. Ties at the back are used to shape this bonnet. When ties are undone this bonnet lays completely flat for ironing and storage. As this is the simplest of all the cloth bonnets to make, it is a good pattern for a beginning sewer. This is a wonderful bonnet!
